iPhone Goes T-Mobile

Well, that is partly true. It seems these days Apple chose at&t as the provider of iPhone to give us owners something to dream about: an iPhone with Verizon, T-Mobile, or maybe even Sprint service plan. iPhone and the Adoption Pyramid!

For each and every product on the market, there is a consumer adoption pyramid. The fact of the matter is that some people are just dying to get their hands on the latest items. Early adopters are obviously a good indication for where a product is headed. The we have professionals who would adopt later than early adopters but their voice matters in the industry and with their word of mouth marketing there comes everyday consumers. iPhone is a hit in the U.S., so why U.K. consumers are having trouble digesting the price of iPhone-UK?  (£269). Well, one reason could be the fact that iPhone is going close to $557 in the U.K. and the dollar value goes higher as dollar gets weaker against U.K. pound. Also, iPhone does come unsubsidized, which makes it less attractive to consumers who have gotten used to getting their handsets for free or a fraction of its regular price after signing up for a two-year contract with their mobile service providers. Is a price cut on the horizon in the U.K.? I wouldn’t put it past Steve!

iPhone: Apple’s World Domination Tool?

There is no question that when it comes to quality nothing can beat Apple’s products. iPhone, iPod, iMac, MacBook, Apple TV, and … are all high quality premium products that simply are in a class of their own whne it comes to competing with products from non-Apple companies. So it’s not surprising that Apple’s revenue is hiking as a result of iPhone. iPhone fits nicely within Apple’s digital ecosystem. Apple handles your computing, your music, your TV, and now your Phone. If that’s not world domination, then I don’t know what is. It’s thoroughly deserved though!
