iPhone 3G Case Crackable?

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Ladies and gentlemen. iPhone’s plastic case is crackable. At least that’s what the good folks at TechTree are reporting. I guess it depends on you use your iPhone. If you put it under your car’s tires, then yes! Your iPhone will crack. But I have had mine for quite a while and it doesn’t have any blemish on it. I am not saying these guys are mistreating their iPhones, but I guess you can’t push the envelop and then complain about your “broken” iPhone. You are not buying a Tough Book guys! Here is tip if you want to break your phone. Jus sit on it. Wouldn’t that be easier?

iPhone 3G tethering App Killed by Apple

The image “http://www.nullriver.com/assets/kernel/png/printableLogo.png” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

I wasn’t even aware that there was such an application for iPhone - an application that would allow you to share your Internet connection with your Macbook (I guess will have to do a better job looking). But the application was really short-lived in the iTunes store as Apple has removed it already (ZDnet). You can’t get much information from the site either. Unless Apple removed this without talking with AT&T, I think this is a bad double standard as AT&T allows some other phones to do the very same thing.

Latest iPhone Apps on iTunes

It’s been a pretty slow couple of days on iTunes for iPhone Apps but that will surely change. Nevertheless, the last two days weren’t a complete waste. There were a couple of notable apps:

  • Nearby: Nearby is a social mobile application that allows you to see pictures and find more information about the places around you. Basically you can get information on buildings, find restaurant reviews, and so on with this free app. The downside to this app is that not many people are using it and since this app is powered by the community’s content, then you may not get all the information that you are looking for on this app. It will get better over time.
  • Remelody: Now this is one memory game that will prevent Alzheimer’s disease. OK. Maybe not but still it’s a cool game, and it has been updated for the new iPhone platform. Now I am not sure if it’s worth $5.99 (I am a little bit cheap or as frugal), but I guess if you can afford it, you should get it.

Don’t look now, but there will days that we will see 10 or 20 new apps released altogether. But there are still plenty of cool applications on iTunes already, so don’t give up search for that killer app.
