Make Art With the iPhone

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Before trying Flipbook iPhone App, I thought it was only a doodling app. Really. If you go to the iPhone Apps store, you basically see an app that looks like it’s only good for doodles. But a friend of mine who has tried it told me that you can do more than just that. It’s simply a pocket animation studio. From layering to playing with colors, you can do it all with Flipbook. I personally like the fact that you can tap and start working with the selection of tools. Even my Grand Pa had no trouble using it. The only thing that I have against the app is the price really. $9.99 for an iPhone app is a lot unless you are an animation freak. But then again, I spent twice as much weekly on “how to make $10,000,000 in 2 seconds” books.

Do you Disco?

It seems a lot of people do that with their iPhone. I was just checking the iTunes store for the newest iPhone Apps and to my surprise, the Crazy Disco iPhone App is the top seller iPhone application. I admit. This application is decent unlike the “I am rich” app but still, of all the applications available on the iTunes, one would believe that the killer app does more than just Disco.

iPhone Woes Continue

Well, the firmware didn’t do anything for me, so I thought maybe that’s just me. I mean after all when bad things happen you tend to question your luck and karma and all that kind of stuff instead of checking if others are having that very same issue. It is sad to know that many people are still having reception issues with the iPhone 3G. So I wonder: has anyone seen improvement with their iPhone 3G QoR (quality of reception)?

Steve Jobs Never Lies!

We had a story about a disgruntled iPhone owner who complained to Steve Jobs about the new iPhone’s glitches. Well, it seems Steve didn’t lie when he said a piece of software was on the way to fix the issues with the iPhone 3G. Now, I don’t expect this update to fix everything but one thing that Apple is good at is sending you more updates. So stay tuned for another wave of updates to get rid of the unsolved glitches.

If you were to add one feature to iPhone 3G, …

Here is the question that I love to ask about new products. Considering that iPhone 3G is a near perfect gadget, if you were Steve Jobs and had the choice to only add one feature to the iPhone 3G to make it stand out among the competition next year, what would it be and why? Very interested to hear your thoughts.
