Financial issues? Economy in a melt-down mode? No problem. Not for Apple anyway. While Yahoo! and many other companies have had to tighten their budget and even cut their workforces, Apple again surpassed the expectations by the street folks though it will not reach its lofty goals next quarter.

Network World Explain:

Apple posted revenue of $7.9 billion and profit of $1.1 billion, compared to revenue of $6.2 billion and profit of $904 million for the same quarter a year ago.

Apple will probably feel the effect the economic crisis but it is so strong financially that I don’t believe they will be moved. I think the bigger question for Apple is all the rumors that Steve Jobs is saying goodbye (Steve, don’t leave us now. I am begging ya!).
