Did you Get Your Free Wi-Fi Message?

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

AT&T, formerly Cingular

AT&T has finally done it. After going back and forth on providing free Wi-Fi to iPhone owners, AT&T has finally decided to “redistribute” the wealth of Wi-Fi for all iPhone fans. Here is where you get connection:
* Airports
* Hotels
* Universities
* Convention Centers
* Sports Centers
* Starbucks locations
* Restaurants
* Bookstores
* Supermarkets
Here is the link to AT&T’s site. I received my text message last night, and you should be receiving yours shortly if you haven’t. Great job AT&T. Now, can you drop the fees please?

Get a piece of history With U.S Constitution App

Staying with the theme of the week, which is election, the U.S., and anything in between, there is an interesting application in the app store that has everything you need to pass a history exam. The Manual for the United States of America covers declaration of independence, U.S. Constitution, Federalist papers, Patriot act, and the list of U.S. presidents among others.

Now the application is not for everyone. I know a lot of folks get turned off by all history talks, but that doesn’t mean some of us who do respect history won’t put it on our iPhone. So, it’s a niche iPhone app. But a very important ones for folks who are into history.
