So you want to take your iPhone with you outdoors on your bike? Maybe you just want to take your iPhone and use it as your GPS. Whatever the case, you are going to need a solid mount to keep your iPhone safe and sound while you keep your eyes on the road. If you are anything like me, you don’t want to spend a fortune on your bike mount either. With that in mind, here are 8 high quality, affordable bicycle mounts for iPhone you should check out:

PED3-Bike-FORM for iPhone or iPod touch: if you have owned their vertical stand for iPhone, you probably know their products are of high quality. PED 3 bike mount rotates 360 degrees, is very easy to install, and is very solid as well.

Breffo Spiderpodium Stand for iPhone: this freaky iPhone stand can be used in your car or on your bicycle. It has 8 legs and can be wrapped around your bike’s handlebars.

GoRide iPhone Bike Mount

GoRide iPhone Bike Mount: it has a premium look and feel to it. It can easily be mounted and removed from your bicycle. It can positioned vertically and horizontally. Not too expensive either.

4Lock iPhone 3G Mount for Bicycles: it can be easily connected to your bike. It is quite tight and gives you peace of mind when riding on your bike.

Arkon IPM127 Bicycle Mount for iPhone (Black)

Arkon IPM127 Bicycle Mount for iPhone: can be used on your bicycle or golf cart. Compatible with all iPhones. Pretty affordable too.

Amzer Bicycle Handlebar Mount for iPhone 1G, 3G, 3G S (Black)

Amzer Bicycle Handlebar Mount for iPhone: a rotating bike mount that is compatible with BlackBerry iPhone, and iPhone 3G/ iPhone 3GS. Very easy to install too.

Satechi SCR-69 Bicycle Holder Wrench Mount: a heavy duty wrench bike mount for iPhone 4. Its clamp fit handlebars upto 1 inch diameter. It has two cradles compatible with iPhone, other smart-phones, and GPS devices.

Pro.Fit International BK-300BG Custom Apple iPhone 3G / 3GS Bicycle Handlebar Mount

Pro.Fit International for iPhone 3GS: Pro Fit’s mount is custom designed for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS and can be installed easily on the handle-bar. Not as flexible as the above mounts but gets the job done.

  2. What sleek bicycle mount do you offer that would take a MiLi powerpack with iPhone in it?

The MiLi powerpack with iPhone in it measures 134mm x 65mm x 20mm

I look forward to your advice.

    Thanks

  4. I'd say you missed something, namely WHY are these the best? Did you actually take them out on rides? Describe the ride. Describe how easy or hard the phone is to get in/out. Talk about how easy it is to use the phone in the case. Tell us how it fared in the rain. Tell us how it fared on your mountain bike vs. your road bike. It's fine to describe how the mount fits on the stem or handlbar, but that's not the only useful criteria for "best." This isn't the "6 Best iPhone Bicycle Mounts For Outdoors", it's "An Advertisement for Six Different iPhone Bike Mounts."

  5. I tried the goride and the mounting broke within a month of light use on-road only. I emailed the company with photos of the break three times and got NO response – avoid this one.

  8. I agree – this review tells me nothing. I want to get a bike mount for my iPhone yet all this has done is given me 6 options that I have to enter into Google and search elsewhere for information.

  10. Check out PeriPower PB-B01 clip.
I like it especially for going to the gym and clipping it on the exercise bike since it's so easy to clip on and off:

  12. I also purchased the goride and it broke on my first ride, on-road use only as well. The goride has a case that fits over plastic 'wings' on the mount and you swivel to secure into place, but the 'wings' snapped off on the first ride. Luckily the phone didn't fall off the mount but i could hear the broken plastic rattling inside the case. I took a photo of the broken mount and sent to goride and they sent me a replacement, but i haven't used it. no longer willing to risk my $200 phone with the $30 case.

  24. Dilema, I have my iPhone 4 encased in an OtterBox and would like to mount it to my bike but it is impractical to take the phone out of the otterbox to mount in something else. need a recommendation as to what works for a phone already in another case. are there 'universal mount' kits available?
