First Thoughts About FaceBook Web App

So I just saw the new FaceBook Web app for iPhone 3G, and I got to admit it’s pretty neat, if you are a FaceBook junkie. Don’t get me wrong. I love Facebook, but I don’t live a FaceBook live where you constantly check FaceBook to see what’s going on and who’s tagged you or whatever.
The FaceBook App has been around for a while but it has gotten a major upgrades thanks to the good people who developed it:
- Wall Writing: You can write on people’s wall with your iPhone. I mean the FaceBook walls!
- Photo Tagging: Tags photos easier now. Tag yourself, your friends, whoever you know!
- Photo Upload: I thought I got an slight boost as far as uploading photos is concerned. Saved a little bit of time. Not a biggie though.
There are still some bugs with thumbnails and some other things but here is my point: you are really desperate if A) you don’t use your computer to access FaceBook B) don’t use mobile safari to access FaceBook C) Look for FaceBook Apps to give you the same experience as the real thing.
Verdict: Less useless.
