It seems Microsoft has finally learned its lesson from the disaster that it has been Zune. Zune 1.0 was rushed to the market and managed to become the laughing stock in the music industry for its ugly looks and terrible design. Zune 2.0 hasn’t fared much better though it is a much better product than its predecessor. But Microsoft fan should be disappointed now that Microsoft has announced that they will not be competing against the iPhone in the smartphone market. At last someone in Microsoft has made a logical decision: that it is impossible to beat Apple in its game without out-innovating it. Microsoft better stick with what it does best, which to be honest is hard to tell what it is at this point.
