SalesForce.com is the latest company to jump on the iPhone bandwagon. The company has now outlined its iPhone strategy by releasing a lite CRM system for the iPhone users. SalesForce is a very popular enterprise system, but it’s now hoping to reach over 1 million users on the iPhone platform. Thankfully, the new application won’t be a premium one. So you won’t have to break the bank to get SalesForce’s Mobile Lite.

Mobile Lite will also be available to Blackberry owners as well. SalesForce’s software is not for everone. Essentially, it’s suitable for account managers and people who work with clients’ data. With Mobile Lite, these folks can access the data they need and make changes on the go. The fact that SalesForce is not charging for this app should allow Mobile Lite to take off quickly.
