Many of us are simply too busy to care about what’s being shown on TV. But if you rely on TV to entertain yourself, picking up the Siano Meron may not be a bad idea. This is a cool product that brings over the air TV broadcasts to your iOS device. It is compatible with Android devices too. With the Meron, you will be able to receive TV content on your tablet/smartphone for free.

Meron has a mobile DTV receiver chip and a Wi-Fi transceiver inside. Free companion apps are available for this gizmo (iOS & Android). Its battery life will last for up to 3 hours of TV viewing. The device supports DVB-T, ISDB-T 1-Seg and Full-Seg. No word on how much the Siano Meron will cost at this point. It is expected to be showcased at CES 2013.

The Evernote Food application has been around for quite some time. It is a tool iPhone users can take advantage of to record their meals and food experiences. Fortunately, the app has been redesigned to offer an even better experience to users.

The “Explore Recipes” tab makes finding new recipes to try easier. The “My Cookbook” tab keeps track of all your collected recipes. The app also helps you find exciting restaurants around you. Evernote Food 2.0 comes with improved sync options too. It is available for free at this point.
