Will iPhone 3.0 OS Be Kind to App Developers?

The past few weeks have been full of rumors and controversy surrounding Apple iPhone. We had a few apps rejected or removed from the iTunes, and we have also heard a few more rumors about the changes that will be made once the final iPhone 3.0 release is out on the market. What we do know is that Apple is working on innovating the approval process for iPhone applications. The way it is now is probably not the best way to deal with developers. Apple is working on enhancing parental control features on iPhone to make it easier to handle controversial apps.

The new controls will allow parents to control what their kids can see on their iPhones. I am not sure the Baby Shaker application can be approved even under the new OS. Apple may be loosening the rules with the release of the next generation iPhone, but we will probably see more apps get rejected by the folks at iPhone. You can never unestimate the talent of some developers in writing distasteful apps.
