I don’t know about you, but I have been wanting Flash on my iPhone for some time now. I know a lot of iPhone purists don’t want to see Adobe Flash make it to the iPhone, but I am not a purist, so I don’t mind Flash being on my phone. Now here is the thing. Apple doesn’t seem very interested in the idea. Apple insiders have talked about Flash not being suited for mobile phones such as iPhone, and there doesn’t seem to be any indication that Apple will allow Flash even if Adobe tried.

They have tried. Adobe has tried to bring Flash mobile friendly just as they have tried to make it SEO friendly. But Steve Jobs wants the whole Flash and not Flash Lite, and we know “full” Flash doesn’t work that well on mobile phones. It’s a vicious circle which will probably keep us from seeing Flash on our phones any time soon.
