The old saying is true that once you taste success, everyone tries to bring you down. The same is true for Apple iPhone. First, there were the environmentalists. Now it is Klausner Technologies! This time the problem is about green again, but a different kind of green. Klausner is claiming that Apple has infringed on a few of its trademark with its visual voice-mail. The funny thing is Klausner could mean trouble for Apple as they have won a bunch of lawsuits against other media giants. I guess that’s the new way businesses make up for not innovating on an everyday basis like Apple.

at&t or Apple? Who is getting the better part of this apple&t partnership. Apple is obviously shoveling up money from these iPhones as so many people have failed to resist the temptation that the iPhoneness of Apple’s new product brings to the table. But what is at&t bringing to the table? To tell you the truth, I am surprised that iPhone has been as successful as it’s been in the past few months, and that is certainly not due to at&t but despite of at&t.

OK. Maybe iPhone is a phone to die for, but is that literally so now? Sources are claiming that pressure is mounting on Apple Corp. to investigate the accusations that chemicals in iPhone cause cancer and other harms to their holders. In fact, GreenPeace is threatening to sue Apple for the use of hazardous chemicals in making iPhone. Some of you may have seen the commercial in which the guy claims that iPhone is his livelihood. Well, it may soon take his livelihood too! I do think that this whole thing is being exaggerated, do not get rid of your iPhones just yet (You can always send them to me… )
