When I saw a picture of this game, I thought the same. Now I got to admit that I am not a big gamer, and I was still waiting for Need For Speed 2, when Need For Speed 5 came out (a friend told me), but I am sucker for applications that kill time, and this one is certainly one. Besides, I am a sucker for cars that have fire come out of their behind (they remind of dragons but only in reverse. Don’t ask me why!). The name of the game is ASPHalt 4: Elite Racing. I have not played the other 3 games but this one was certainly impressive.

With the release of SDK, you can be sure of one thing. There will be many iPhone apps coming out in the next few months. But more importantly, there will be new gaming era on iPhone. Developers that have previewed SDK acknowledge the potential that the iPhone platform offers as far as mobile gaming is concerned. Now, iPhone won’t be the next PSP, but it’s always good to be able to play something on your mobile phone (believe me, there will be a time when you’ll need it).
