Microsoft’s latest attempt to kill iPod? Undersell Zune’s so that people think about their pocket before thinking about the iPhoneness (that shininess that has crazed us all) of Apple iPod. The problem for Microsoft is that Zune and iPod (and iPhone for that matter) are not really made for the same people. Zune is made for people who can’t work their away around even Windows. For people who are hooked on Microsoft because they don’t know any better.
