We have seen many smart cameras that are compatible with smartphones and tablets. The DxO ONE is a different type of camera. It is a DSLR-quality camera that attaches directly to your iPhone. It does not weigh a whole lot and fits in your pocket but offers a 6-blade iris and a 1-inch 20.2MP CMOS BSI sensor.
The DxO ONE is made of aluminum and connects to your phone via the Lightning connector. It swivels 60 degrees in either direction to give you more flexibility when capturing shots. The companion app gives you control over the camera and its various settings. The device can capture videos at 1080p/30fps or 720p/120fps. It will ship in September.
