It uses a rotating mirror module to scan its surroundings and measure the distance between the object and itself and turns the data into touch coordinates.

The device is based on LiDAR technology. It is smart enough to sense your motion within 3ft radius.  Glamos can scan in all directions and lets you project a virtual screen on your wall, whiteboard, or anywhere in between. You can connect Glamos to your phone to display content on a larger screen.
