Meet GlassOuse: an assistive mouse for people with disabilities that allows users to interact with computers and smart devices hands-free. It consists of a pair of glasses with a click button. After you have connected the device and put it on, you can mouse the cursor on your device by your head movements. You can click the mouse by biting.

The device has a 330 mAh battery that lasts up to 15 hours. It weighs 49 grams. Yet another interesting Indiegogo project.
