The recent CES event gave us the opportunity to see plenty of cool new robots. The Hengbot Sirius didn’t get as much coverage but is a fun robot dog that you can program with C/C++ and Python. It is based on the Neurocore system that lets you transform Sirius into a dinosaur and other forms with 3D printing. This robot comes with voice control.
Sirius has an aviation-grade aluminum alloy construction, weighing 1kg. It has a max speed of 0.4m/s. It lasts up to 120 minutes on battery. This robot also has various moves preprogrammed. It can recognize hand gestures. Expected to debut on Kickstarter in March or April.
