The Hug: Track Your Water Intake on iPhone

We all know that drinking enough water every day is important. Your hydration rate depends on your age, weight, activity level, weather, and other factors. If you need help figuring that out, you should give the Hug a look. This is a sensor plus an app that track your water intake and coaches you to reach optimal hydration. You can slip the device around any water bottle and connect it to your iOS device to start tracking. It uses notifications and band LED prompts to help you stay on track.

The Hug provides you with reminders to make sure you drink enough water. Using an accelerometer and algorithms, the Hug can measure your fluid consumption. You can charge your Hug using USB. The companion app shows your optimal base rate for your hydration based on your profile. It links with FitBit and RunKeeper APIs too. Like what you see here?
