So you would like to find a way to keep your smartphone camera focused on you or a specific subject automatically? Thankfully, you can get a robot to do a job. Here are 5 robotic smartphone docks and camera controllers that let you capture moving subjects outdoors easily:
MOTUS: a robot cameraman that tracks you and keeps the camera focused on you. It tracks 50x per second and can be used indoors or outside.
Rimo Robotic iPhone Dock: a 360-degree moving smartphone dock that lets you chat with others and capture all the action from a remote location. Users can rely on a keyboard, trackpad, or mouse to control Rimo.
AIMe: uses EmIT IR emitters to track objects and keep a smartphone or GoPro camera pointed at you.
Filmbo: this auto tracking dock has 360° pan and 20° tilt capability. It comes with 3 modes to let you capture all the action without needing anyone to help you out.
PadBot T1: turns your smartphone into a telepresence robot, allowing you to chat with others and keep an eye on your loved ones remotely.
