Here is a hackable smartwatch designed with developers in mind. The Spectra Smartwatch is powered by the ESP32-S3 and has a gyroscope, accelerometer, and audio driver. It also has a MicroSD card slot. It has a 1.8-inch OLED display with an elegant metal housing. It is powered by SpectraOS which is based on Moddable SDK.

Developers get a variety of tools to experiment with this. You get an interactive debugger and live coding simulation. You get a sandbox for application execution. SpectraOS supports native native.js packages. To repair this watch, you will just have to deal with 7 screws.
