There are many premium quadcopters available for aerial photography these days. Not everyone has thousands of dollars to spend on those. Most of us are not pro photographers anyway. The Walkera QR W100S FPV Quadcopter is a much more affordable solution, but you still get to use your smartphone to control it. It has a camera you can rely on to get a first person view of your surroundings. The RC quadcopter can be controlled through WiFi.
You can move the Walkera QR W100S forward, back, left, and right. While it is in the air, you can watch its video on your iPhone or iPad. You can also use your smartphone or tablet to control it. You get a flight time of 8 minutes which is not great but expected for a toy like this.
This looks like a nice toy for beginners but you are going to need something more sophisticated to get a better FPV experience.
