It is always nice to have a tool to help you find your way around no matter which venue you are visiting in a city. We have tested quite a few venue applications for iPhone in the past couple of months. While we have not found that A+ app in this category, these 5 iPhone apps do offer some value to sports fans:
SeatGeek Tickets: this sports venue app helps you find the best deals on tickets. It has interactive venue maps, so you can get the right deals.
Venue Finder for iPhone: a free and versatile application that shows you where your seat is located at the sporting venue you are visiting. Can be useful when you are looking to buy tickets to a game.
RateYourSeats: this photo-centric application allows you to search and compare ticket listings to find exactly what you need. It has more than 25,000 photos for you to choose from.
LeapSeats: this handy application provides you with in-venue seat upgrades from your smartphone. You can pay from with the app.
StadiumsUSA: a free application that covers more than 120 stadiums and arenas used by the team of MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and MLS. Has videos, maps, and photos of these arenas for sports fans to take advantage of.
