I don’t know about you, but I first found out about the Wim Hof Method through Joe Rogan’s podcast. It is all about preparing your body to better manage stress and extreme weather conditions. If you are interested, you can now dabble in it with the Wim Hof Method for iPhone.
This app provides you with video instructions from the master himself. You will be able to time your breathing exercises, learn the basics, and track your results. An Apple Watch interface is also available.
