EKG sensors are wonderful tools to use to monitor the health of your heart. They record the electrical activity of the heart over a period of time and help you catch potential issues before they become something serious. These 5 app enabled EKG sensors combine with your smartphone to help you keep an eye on your heart:
AliveCor Kardia Mobile: lets you monitor the rhythm of your heart on your iOS or Android device. It gives you results in 30 seconds. You can use voice memos to keep track of palpitations, shortness of breath, and other info.
