Those of you who have watched Apple events religiously probably remember Anki’s robotic race cars that can go around the track on their own. The folks behind them have introduced the Anki Overdrive with modular tracks, more sophisticated car designs, and enhanced gameplay. Users get to snap pieces together to create their own circuit and challenge their friends.
These toy cars are pretty smart. They have visual sensors to stay on track. The more you play the game, the more points you earn, so you can unlock new features. The Anki Overdrive will be available in September 2015.
