Lytro is a pretty neat gadget. The camera lets you take pictures and focus later. The technology is not perfect but has a lot of potential. Lytro cameras are not cheap anyway. FocusTwist is a cool application that brings a Lytro-like effect to your iPhone. It takes refocusable images you can interact with at a later time.
FocusTwist takes several images at different focus settings and combines them. The app is Twitter friendly. You will have to keep still if you want to capture quality interactive photos. FocusTwist is up for grabs for $2.
