H2O-Pal: Monitor Your Water Intake on iPhone 5s

30+ must see flexible iPhone mounts & stands

It goes without saying that you need to drink the proper amount of water to stay healthy and on your game. Staying hydrated is very important whether you are an athlete or just an average individual. H2O-Pal is a nifty tool you can use to monitor your water intake. It works with your iPhone to help you figure out how much water you are drinking.

H2O-Pal has a water resistant design. It does not have many mechanical flow meters or straws. The built-in flash memory, weight measuring sensor, and accelerometer combine to monitor your water intake. This is a Bluetooth device and can go for months on a single coin-cell battery.

Staying hydrated matters big time. The H2O-Pal lets you know when to drink water so you can maximize your performance. This iPhone-enabled gadget is currently an active project on Kickstarter.
