H2O-Pal is a nifty tool you can use to monitor your water intake. It works with your iPhone to help you figure out how much water you are drinking.

H2O-Pal has a water resistant design. It does not have many mechanical flow meters or straws. The built-in flash memory, weight measuring sensor, and accelerometer combine to monitor your water intake. This is a Bluetooth device and can go for months on a single coin-cell battery.

Staying hydrated matters big time. The H2O-Pal lets you know when to drink water so you can maximize your performance. This iPhone-enabled gadget is currently an active project on Kickstarter.
