iOS 4.2 is one of the most anticipated iOS releases for sometime. For the first time, iPad owners will get the chance to enjoy the majority of features iPhone 4 owners have enjoyed for a few months. Apple never really discussed the official release date for this OS update, so technically this is not a delay.
