Apple has already shown us its new iPhones. But its year is not over. The company is expected to announce its new iPads on October 16th. Re/code’s John Paczkowski is reporting that Apple will be introducing its new iPad Air tablet in addition to new iMacs. No word on whether the new Mac Mini will be presented at the event.
The new iPad is expected to have the Touch ID fingerprint scanning system. It will also feature the new A8 processor inside. The device is expected to provide support for Apple Pay and the upcoming Apple Watch, though these rumors have not been confirmed yet. The iPad Pro is launching next year though.
