ItsDeductible by TurboTax is a free application that aims to help you do just that. It keeps track of your donations and helps you get the maximum deduction possible. As you can see in the screenshots, the app does look optimized for iOS 7.
ItsDeductible lets you easily import your donations into TurboTax. You can add donated items as well as mileage/cash at any time. TurboTax users can just sign in and get started. New users will have to sign up for an account to get started. The app is now available for download from the App Store.
