DIY: Bluetooth Controlled Snowflake Sweater

Smart shirts, jackets, pants are going to be very popular in the upcoming years. If you love DIY electronics projects, you could always make your own smart clothing items. Adafruit has posted a video that shows how you can make a LED matrix snowflake sweater with Bluetooth control.

In this project, you use Bluefruit and NeoPixel matrix circuit to display snowflakes in your sweater. The animation and color can be controlled using the Adafruit Bluefruit LE Connect app for iOS or Android. You are going to need a flexible 8×8 NeoPixel matrix, Feather Bluetfruit LE, and a battery to get started. More instructions are available here.
