Smarter Home: Sonte iPhone-Controlled Wi-Fi Enabled Film [Correction]

🤖iPhone compatible STEM robots for kids

We are going to have much smarter homes in the future. You could build your own today but the costs can be very high. Adding Sonte iPhone-Controlled Films to your home could certainly make it feel more modern. We are talking about films you can use on any glass surface and control over WiFi right from your iOS or Android device.

What’s neat about Sonte’s film is that can you switch its opacity from your iPhone or Android smartphone. Multiple panels can be controlled from the companion app. As the above video shows, you can even watch a video on these films. It will be available for funding on Kickstarter soon. It looks like something worth playing around with.

*Correction: in the original article, we mentioned the price of the film was $60. That is not the correct price. We have removed the information for now.
