We have been hearing rumors about Apple working on a bunch of new products for a while now. It has finally announced the Vision Pro. It is an augmented reality headset that blends the real world with the digital world. You can control this headset with your eyes, hands and voice. The Vision Pro lets you experience photos and videos in an immersive fashion.
The Vision Pro features a 3D laminated glass and an aluminum alloy frame. It is powered by visionOS and uses cameras and sensors to enhance your experience. Its digital crown lets you choose how immersive your experience should be. This headset has dual-driver audio pods next to each ear. It is powered by the M2 chip to run the operating system while an R1 chip processes input from cameras, microphones and sensors.
This headset has an advanced thermal system to move air through it to stay cool. It relies on a LiDAR scanner and TrueDepth camera to create a 3D map of your surroundings. The bad news? Something like this doesn’t come cheap.
