It goes without saying that in order to lose weight and build a rock hard body, you need to exercise often and eat right. Some of us may not have time to exercise all day long. But there are interval training programs you can pick up to burn a considerable amount of calorie without having to dedicate a few hours to them each day. These 7-minute workout apps get your body moving and help you burn calories in just 7 minutes:

The 7 Minute Workout: a powerful application that provides you with 12 exercises with illustrations, text, and videos so you can keep up. Voice cues and audio countdown are included. The user interface is very clean.

: we have covered many of lolo’s applications here. This is another versatile app by the company with plenty of exercises, a sophisticated user interface, and beat-sync technology. You can use this app anywhere.

Workout: a pretty fun looking 7-minute workout application that brings bodyweight exercises to your phone. Just bring your own chair, and you should be set. You can repeat your workouts, keep track of the progress you are making, and even randomize your routines.

7 Min Workout: this 7-minute workout app provides you with high-intensity interval training exercises and has a built-in timer and a voice coach. Keeps your phone awake during your workouts.

7 Minute Workout Challenge: just like the original 7-minute workout program, this app brings 12 exercises that are performed for 30 seconds with 10 second rest intervals. You are guided with video, audio, image and text. The weight and activity trackers are useful.

7 Minute Workout: yet another free application with a simple design that outlines all the exercises you need to do for this program. The premium version offers workout log, random exercises, adjustable rest times, and more.

7-minute Scientific Workout Timer: this is a paid 7-min workout timer for your phone. It has a minimalistic design and supports iPhone and iPad. Works in portrait and landscape modes. The app works offline.

You don’t need all of these apps to get started with your 7-minute fitness program. We have had the most success with the first couple of apps but the others have their own merit. Which ones have you tried? We would love to know.
