WEMU Smart Clothing for Epilepsy Monitoring

Dealing with epilepsy can be challenging. Those dealing with it need to get the help they need as fast as possible. There are various challenges in dealing with this disease. Each patient needs a personalized treatment plan. The process can be quite complicated. Let’s not forget that some patients might have to wait several years to be properly diagnosed. That’s where WEMU  comes into play. We are talking about a piece of smart clothing with biometric sensors. You get body and head modules to collect data through
electric signals such as heart activity (electrocardiogram), muscle contraction, and brain activity (electroencephalogram).

The system does have a smartphone application that that collects data and uploads them to the cloud.
