This app captures signal from UVC input and has 2 modes for you to enjoy. It can display your input on the screen but also has a VR180 mode.

In VR180 monitor, the app use a STMap to turn your input into an equirectangular. According to the developer, you can achieve 20-30fps. You are going to need the developer strap for the input. More info is available here.
