It is an app smart digital scale that uses 3 frequencies to give you info on your muscle and soft lean mass. This scale is smart enough to recognize up to 20 users. It has a backlit LCD screen that is easily viewable and shows your weight, BMI, body fat %, skeletal muscle mass and visceral fat. You can sync your data to Apple Health and other popular apps.
The companion app lets you add up to 8 sub users to your account. Data is synced to your phone anywhere. This smart scale offers integration with Apple Watch as well. Unlike a few other advanced body composition analyzers we have seen, this one has a much more compact design.
