Here is another smart kit that adds app control to your shades. The RYSE SmartShade is compatible with blinds controlled by a beaded chain. It can lift shades up to 9x9ft. It can be installed in about 10 minutes and controlled with buttons or via Bluetooth. Its battery lasts up to 6 months.

You can use RYSE to schedule your shades to open in the morning and close at night. With the SmartBridge add-on, you can control up to 10 shades as a group. It offers Apple HomeKit, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa integration.
