Solar power chargers for electronics have been around for a while now. The idea of using the power of the sun to power up gadgets, charge up notebooks, and save money is nothing new. And once you add portability to the formula, you have got a killer power source that can power up your phone while you are on the go. Not having to look for a power plug when you are a foreign city is especially intriguing. There are a few iPhone solar chargers available on the market. But a lot of them do not provide enough power to charge iPhone fast enough. And some are not too portable or break to easily. So while the opportunity has always been there for a company to come up with a decent solar charger for iPhone, we haven’t seen too many decent ones in the past few years.
Senyx iPhone 3GS Solar Charger is a cool power source for iPhone 3GS that does everything you would expect from a solar charger. Unlike a lot of other solar chargers, this one does work with both iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. So you won’t have trouble charging your phone no matter what model you are holding. There are a lot of things to like about this charger. For starters, you can charge it in 2 ways: give it some sunshine or use a USB cable to charge it fast. The gadget charges itself up in a couple of hours, which is much faster than the 8 hour period that you see with other solar chargers.
Senyx iPhone 3GS Solar Charger is very portable as well. It can fit in your pocket, so you can take it with you on the road without too much trouble. All you have to do to power up your phone is to connect your charger to your phone’s power port. The only negative aspect of this charger is its capacity. It could be all better, but as it is, it does provide enough juice for short trips outdoors. Overall, if you are looking for an alternative power solution for your iPhone, you should give Senyx iPhone 3GS Solar Charger. It’s cheap, portable, and gets the job done (which is more than what I can say about a few other top chargers).
