Govee App Smart Hygrometer Thermometer

Here is a kit that lets you monitor the temperature and humidity at your place on your smartphone. The Govee WiFi Temperature Sensor & Hygrometer alerts you when conditions change in your home. It can record and upload data to your smartphone over WiFi. You can also export everything to CSV.

These sensors are accurate to 0.3C and 3% respectively. They are waterproof, so you can use them indoors or outside.
