The GreyBand is a wearable breathalyzer that can help with that. You can set your limits to get help from your friends when you have hit them.

The GreyBand  works with the Sundown app to let you set your desired level of intoxication. When the device shines green, you are below your limit. When the light turns yellow, it is time to slow down. The app has a button that gets you an Uber. The devices gives you haptic feedback. It lasts a full day on battery.
