Meet the Hover:bit: a programmable remote controlled hovercraft that can teach you a thing or two about coding. It is made from cardboard, plywood and runs on drone motors. You can interact with it with an iOS/Android app or a micro:bit controller.
The Hover:bit is based on micro:bit. It moves in a gliding motion to achieve speeds up to 30km/h. With a 3D printer and vinyl cutter, you can make a catamaran. This project is expected to ship in May. More information is available here.
