FLIR ONE Thermal Imager Pro: you can use this tool to find electrical problems, thermal leaks, water damage, and other issues on your smartphone. It lets you measure temperatures from -4 to 752F degrees. You can get this for iOS and Android devices.

Seek Thermal CompactPro: combines with your iOS or Android device to detect temperatures from -40F to 626F. It comes with a waterproof case. You get adjustable emissivity, focusable lens, and a whole host of other features.

Seek CompactXR Thermal Imager for iPhone: works with the seek thermal Otterbox uniVERSE case system to let you see in total darkness. It can detect temperatures from -40C to 330C.
