I think CamerBag is a great iphone photo apps that contains a bank of awesome filter effects you can apply to your photos. This app is so good that it’s been in the top ten iPhone photography apps since it came out.
There are really a lot of iPhone photo apps available in app stores but somehow these featured apps are GREAT! I enjoy there filters and different effects. Try some funny apps available in iPhone and iPad that edit photos

fxphotostudio, you are everywhere! lol I hope you are doing very well with your app. I have been participating in the contest you guys are running and having lots of fun with that! Of all of the 'effects' type apps, I definitely use fxphotostudio the most.
Another one that I use very often is the one by Tiffen called Photo FX. The crop and rotation and masking tools on that one are on a different level than any others. The ability to mask and selectively add effects, color filters and improve the exposure are head and shoulders above most.
And I can't not give a shoutout to Titlshiftgen. It's basically a single purpose app, but it does that single purpose better than anyone else does.
