iPad 5 Cases Out Already, New Mac Pro “Different”

ipad 5 case

Is Apple about to announce the iPad 5 soon? A few case manufacturers seem to believe that. Gumdrop cases for iPad 5 are already being promoted online. Drop Tech Series Cases are extremely rugged and offer multiple layers of protection for the iPad 5. The trouble is we have not heard anything about the device from Apple. You can even see how iPad 5 cases differ from iPad 4 cases.

Hard Candy Cases for iPad 5 are  also available online. The Shockdrop case is rugged and offers 10mm of silicon shock absorbing four-corner protection. The Squish case is an impact resistant case for the iPad 5. It seems a few of these iPad accessory makers are assuming a new iPad could be announced at WWDC. That does not mean it is really going to happen though.

We are expected to see new MacBooks and Macs at WWDC. Apple was always going to announce new Mac Pro machines this year. As Andrew Baird has shared, Apple officials seem very optimistic about new Mac Pro devices:

You are going to be really glad that you waited [to buy a new Mac]. We are doing something really different here and I think you’re going to be very excited when you see what we’ve been up to. I can’t wait to show this off

The new Macs could be heavily reliant on Thunderbolt with support for dual-GPU. Let’s hope new Macs live up to expectations.
