Starting Strength: the official app for this total body strength training program. It comes with easy-to-follow instructions calculators, timers, and more. You can also add notes for each workout.
Strength Club: a workout tracker for Starting Strength and Stronglifts 5×5. It has a plate calculator based on what you are lifting. It automatically alternates between workouts.
Strong Workout Tracker: a gym log app that lets you add your own routines and track your reps. It supports cardio and strength exercises.
Powerlifter: this app lets you keep track of your lifts. It also has a rest timer. Lets you customize the number of weeks in your lifting cycles and view a complete history.
