StrongLifts 5×5 is a full body training program that helps you exercise your whole body with 3 workouts every week and ample recovery time. The workouts consists of deadlift, squat, overhead press, and other common weight lifting moves. Thanks to these StrongLifts 5×5 iPhone apps, you will have an easier time staying on track:

StrongLifts: this app plans your workouts and takes the guesswork out of the process. Simply enter your best lifts and the app does the rest. It calculates your optimal starting weights for each exercise. It also tells you which exercises to do each workout. You get an Apple Watch interface too.

Strong Workout Tracker: a handy app for tracking Starting Strength and StrongLifts 5×5 workouts. It has hundreds of exercises with video instructions. It has an auto countdown timer and advanced stats. You can add your own routines.
